Moxy Minneapolis Downtown 247 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN
I love spending time at Moxy. A bar in downtown Minneapolis. The retro/ 90s interior style is amazing. There are also games like the ones I played when I was a child. But I go there especially for the best cocktails in town. Elliott (the bartender) he always knows what is my favorite cocktails. And he is the only one who knows how to prepare them exactly as I want. There are two in particular. Amaretto Sour (the American version with a white egg) normally I always drink it without the egg but now I prefer the American version. And an other cocktail (I don’t know the name) based on lemon juice and gin. A cozy place to have a good time with friends and family.

It’s been a long while since I’ve posted, last time when I was in few weeks ago London. When I realized I thought it was time to post again to share with you about my daily life. Many things have changed and will change in my life. I can’t tell you all of them but by following my blog you will understand. This year I decided to take a few days off in Miami. I was never been in this town it was for me my first time in Miami. I travelled a lot in the biggest cities of the USA. So I look forward to discovering this city. I already knew that Miami was famous for its beautiful weather and a lots of parties and nightlife. But I also discovered some great places to visit if you’re in Miami.
The day started from Frankfurt. We at our flights with the German company Lufthansa. Who offers a great service in the business class. I didn’t see the time passing-I ate a delicious meal watched a movie and then I slept. All the way long to Miami.
Finally arrives in Miami. I was able to discover the beautiful sea view. The first few days I rested and enjoyed the pool.
The city of Miami is a mix of many different cultures. Especially the South American (Latino) and Caribbean culture, many Cubans and Haitians live there. One place I love is Little Havana. The Cuban neighborhood of Miami. We found a nice bar-restaurant in reference to the famous Cuban writer Reymundo Salao. A cozy place where you can eat delicious oysters and other Cuban dishes. Well, also delicious cocktails.
Everglades National Park
One place that I visited in Miami is the Everglades. We took a boat and tried to see some alligators, we saw two of them. Then I took a picture with a baby alligator. He had his mouth closed. An alligator still dangerous but impressive to see.
Another experience was to take the road and go to Key West. It’s a 3-hour drive from Miami but the landscape to go there is just beautiful. Key West is a very beautiful city and the dishes are so delicious. Most of the products are local. I went jet skiing on the Gulf of Mexico sea. During my stay I made a vlog I am working on it. I look forward to showing you my stay in Miami on video.
This restaurant located in the heart of Antwerp’s old town is the perfect place for all Fish and Chips lovers. This dish of British origin of fried fish served with French fries. For meat lovers or if you don’t like fish no problem because the restaurant also offers fried chicken and salads for vegetarians. I love the classic and industrial interior of this restaurant a great place for a lunch or dinner with friends.
FISH AND CHIPS BIA MARA
Blue Elephant Governor’s Mansion Phuket Restaurant & Cooking school, Phuket, Thailand
On my birthday, February 14th, we were supposed to dinnert at this restaurant but they only had Valentine’s Day a menu. The problem is that I don’t eat spicy food (at all) so we ate a restaurant on the beach with a view of the sunset. When I go to the restaurant I always ask if the dishes are spicy. I was afraid that the menu this day would be spicy. I preferred to wait two days later to be able to choose à la carte. Blue Elephant is one of the best gourmet restaurants in Thailand located at the governor’s mansion I have tasted the finest Thai food. I also thank them for this wonderful gift of celebrating my birthday by blowing out the candles. Thank you very much.
