As you know I’am a food lover. I love discovering new places all over the world. Today I’m taking you to a place I love for tea time. Located in Antwerp, the city where I live. If you’ve never heard of éclair this delicious oblong pastry made with choux dough filled with a cream and topped with chocolate icing. This place is the perfect place to taste this delicious pastry. There are so many tastes it’s always so difficult to choose but the thing I like most is to enjoy this delicious pastry with a glass of champagne. The trendy and chic place for tea time.

Millennium Knickerbocker hotel an historic hotel of Chicago where I spend my last days. This is the second time I’ve been back to this hotel. I completely fell in love the first time I came here with the architecture of this hotel. Opened in 1927 this historic 4-star hotel has a gothic inspired architecture. Later, Al Capone’s brother ran a casino on the Penthouse floor, and in the ’70s, it had a brief stint as the Playboy Towers. Throughout the years, this hotel has been housed such luminaries as John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon and the Rolling Stones. The Georgian style interior architecture brings a chic and authentic touch. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago perfect for visiting the city by a walk.
French fries are Belgium’s national dish. In our country we eat fries for lunch as for dinner. We usually use saus like mayonnaise, ketchup and many others you won’t even imagine how much fries saus you can find in Belgium. This dish which is one of my favorite is simple to eat fries + saus. When I heard about this new original concept of eating french fries with meat on a haute couture way! I was so curious to taste this. The founder and chef of this great idea is Sergio Harman. A chef of Dutch origin known for his Michelin stars, he is also the chef of the restaurant Oud Sluis (2013) and The Jane.
The menu is very easy you can choose between three way. Thai Seasonal Special for those of you who like to eat spicy. Flemish Beef Stew Personally I know this saus well so I didn’t choose this dish but next time I would like to taste this. The one I chose is Tomato Basil Parmesan a Mediterranean and vegetarian flavor combination. A perfect trendy spot in Antwerp.
