This season I bought a lot of high boots. And one of the best way to wear them is with short skirts or shorts and dresses. For this outfit I wear a black skirt from Zara with a caramel color coat also from Zara. My silk shirt from House of CB and my black boots from H&M. My bag is from Chanel.

It was with great pleasure to host the private dinner of the Italian fine food brand I sapori in collaboration with the brand Haute fashion. A dinner organized to taste the delicious Italian dishes of the brand.

Last week the brand I spaori in collaboration with Haute Fashion have organized a private dinner with bloggers and influencers. During this dinner we tasted 8 dishes prepared with the products of the brand. From delicious appetizers to end up with the dessert and a glass of limoncello everything was delicious. During this event the brand also explained us their concept of fashion store and the restaurant.
Let’s talk about the concept
During the dinner I was able to discover the collection of Haute Fashion. One of the most experienced fashion companies in the BENELUX market today. I especially loved the Valentino brand collection. Haute fashion also has a lot of other collections from different brands. In the showroom you can discover also the brand I sapori a authentic and varied Italian cuisine. where the chef prepares daily fresh pastas, starters, main courses and desserts – according to the real Italian recipes. The concept is simple it’s all about Fashion and food.

Portuguese cuisine is one of my favorites. I tasted some delicious dishes when I was at Lisbon. Since I’ve been in the Netherlands I’ve eaten Dutch cuisine. I found this restaurant by chance while walking through the streets of Amsterdam located at Rembrandtplein square this Portuguese restaurant has a very typical Portuguese interior. I tasted a typical Portuguese dish Bacalhau à Lagareiro. Cod is one of the most popular fish in the traditional Portuguese cuisine. One of the most famous and delicious recipes is the cod “à lagareiro ». As dessert I tested the popular Pastel de nata. Puff pastry with custard I love this Sweet dessert one of my favorite.
I know that many of you are disappointed that you are not able to travel the world since this Covid pandemic. But traveling is mostly about discovering new places and sometimes close to your home. This week I made a road trip into The Netherlands. A neighbouring country of Belgium, I discovered new places of this country that I didn’t know. I have already visited The Netherlands especially the cities near the Belgian border and of course Amsterdam. But I had never visited the northern parts of The Netherlands and I was not disappointed. During this trip I also learned a lot about the Dutch food.
Let me show you my road trip during this few days.
I arrived in Amsterdam where I stayed at Pestana Amsterdam Riverside my favorite hotel of the city. During these few days I wanted to learn more about the dutch food. I had a dinner at L’invite a Dutch Restaurant with modern Dutch cuisine North Sea Fish Dutch meat and Dutch biodiversity of vegetables.The perfect place where you can eat local Dutch food.
I left Amsterdam to go to the Friesland part. By the part of North Holland by taking the Afsluitdijk bridge. Getting to Friesland I went to visit the city of Sneek situated in Southwest-Friesland. Frieland is also known for its nature and beautiful beaches.
After staying at Van Der Valk hotel in Sneek I went to Groningen I always wanted to visit this city. The largest city in the north of the Netherlands. I had a dinner at Bistro Loulou.
I went back to Amsterdam I stayed at the Chateauhotel Havixhorst, a beautiful place. The old De Havixhorst manor (built in 1753) a nature lover’s dream base. I had a dinner at De Groen Lantaarn. The restaurant has been awarded 2 Michelin stars.

Last week I was in Amsterdam, a city I have been to so many times. Located in the Oude-Zuid district of Amsterdam. I discovered another part of the city. A neo-renaissance style buildings of the nineteenth century and two modern annexes on the banks of the Amstel. Next to De Pijp, the trendiest district of the city. This hotel is situated in a quiet location. The rooms are elegant and the lobby is so beautiful. I enjoyed the spa with and the indoor swimming pool.
