Last week I was in Amsterdam, a city I have been to so many times. Located in the Oude-Zuid district of Amsterdam. I discovered another part of the city. A neo-renaissance style buildings of the nineteenth century and two modern annexes on the banks of the Amstel. Next to De Pijp, the trendiest district of the city. This hotel is situated in a quiet location. The rooms are elegant and the lobby is so beautiful. I enjoyed the spa with and the indoor swimming pool.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the famous and mythic Negreco palace during my stay in Nice. The feeling to stay in this art gallery hotel with a perfect service was just amazing. A wonderful hotel to discover if you stay in Nice

This hotel is especially well-known for its large private art collection of Mrs Jeanne Augier. 70s armchairs, paintings of Gallic roosters or « Nanna” by Niki de Saint Phalle. A great admirer of Versailles, a compulsive collector, Jeanne Augier had accumulated more than 6,000 works of art. During my stay I had the chance to have a guided tour with Mr. Adrien Majeranowski. Executive duty manage to learn more about the history of this beautiful palace.

This hotel is of the rare survivors of the hotel industry at the beginning of the 20th century and one of the last independent establishments of this class. Its facades are based on a neoclassical framework, with an opulent, and baroque ornamentation.

One of the things that fascinates me about this hotel is that each floor is filled from salons dedicated to Louis XVI or Napoleon III to Venetian or “Street Art” rooms, a unique selection of French artwork from the 17th century to today. I stayed on the second floor at the collection FEMME I had a big interest every day for this feminine collection.

During my stay I stayed at the Coco Chanel suite, the interior design is done to remind us the iconic style of Channel, the armchair fabric, the bag and all paintings on the wall – all was inspired by the legendary tailor – It was like staying in the private apartment of Chanel.with a wonderful view on the famous “Promenade des Anglais »

I really would like to thank all the Negresco team for their welcome and also in particular Mr. Adrien Majeranowski for this guided visit of this unbelievable hotel.
